The mission of the Division of Human Resources and Payroll/Affirmative Action Office is to ensure all employment practices are conducted in a fair and just manner as well as administer, disseminate and maintain all of the College’s personnel policies. Employment decisions are made based on an individual’s credentials, experience, merit, and other work-related criteria.
