Join us for some summer fun learning about YOGA and its many benefits! YOGA is beneficial for our overall health and well being! YOGA helps to build confidence, coping strategies, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, creative expression and so much more! Camp will include opportunities to learn about yoga postures, breath work, yoga games, movement exploration with music, mindfulness (mandala coloring, labyrinth activities), crafts and more!
