Cassie holds her BS in Clinical Exercise and Sports Science from Fitchburg State University and is CPR/AED certified. She has 2 years experience as a Personal Training, with special expertise in Athletes, Strength Training, Speed and Agility, Balance, High Intensity Interval Training and beginners.
Outside Mount Fitness, Cassie enjoys being outdoors and staying active, spending time with family and friends, and new adventures!

Jessica holds a BS in Human Services from Fitchburg State University and is also Certified in Deaf Studies and Sign Language skills. She has certification from the International Sport Science Association (ISSA) and has been a group fitness instructor since 2014. Her areas of expertise include athleticism (strength, agility, endurance), body-weight and functional exercises, high intensity interval training, circuit training, mental training and motivation, race day preparedness, and mentoring. She holds the following specialized certifications:
- Spartan SGX Coach Certification, 2018
- Personal Training Certification, ISSA 2018
- MOSSA Body Training Systems Certifications include:
- CORE Instructor since 2014
- Fight Instructor since 2015
- Power Instructor since 2016

Outside of Mount Fitness, Jessica enjoys obstacle course racing, dogs, and is an avid reader.

Kelly holds a BS in Sociology from Saint Anslem College and holds certification as a Wellness Coach from Spencer Institute, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness certified in Insanity and Kickboxing. She has been a personal trainer and Level II Reiki practitioner for 5 years and a DoTERRA AromaTouch Practitioner and Wellness Advocate for 2 years. Her areas of expertise are general fitness, circuit training, brings a holistic approach to health and fitness.
Outside of Mount Fitness, Kelly enjoys her own Group Fitness and Hot Yoga classes, hiking with her fur babies, and running half marathons.

Lori has been in the Fitness Industry for 26 years certified through AFAA. With 15 years teaching experience with MOSSA/BodyTraining Systems holding certifications in Group Power, Group Fight, Group Ride, R30, Group Core, Group Centergy as well as Johnny-G Spin and Keiser Spin. She also holds Certifications with YogaFit including Level 1,2,3,4 Senior Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Yo-Chi, Yoga Nidra and is a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance.
Lori also holds her Personal Training Certification and has been certified with AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) for 16 years and will take clients per request.
When she’s not at the gym she loves being with family, walking and outdoor biking and of course a little yoga.
